Payment
Outside of the period from 01st June to 15th September 2012, we require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival.
During the period from 01st June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and we require one week non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released.
*** Olympics Period
During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.
Credit Card Charges
Outside the Summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above.

Security Deposit
Please note that at check in we require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made.
An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see charges below:
One bedroom - £1000.00
Two bedrooms - £1500.00
Three bedrooms - £1500.00
Penthouse - £2,000.00
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 on your day of arrival
Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure
Cancellation Policy
Outside of the period from 01st June to 15th September 2012:
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
Once you have checked in you must give us 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.
